JAC’s Court-Appointed Section reviews and audits attorney fee billings submitted by private court-appointed counsel and related bills submitted by associated due process vendors, such as court reporters, investigators, and expert witnesses, for completeness and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

CIRCUIT REGISTRY CONTACT LIST

Attorneys seeking to be included on a court-appointed registry for a specific circuit must contact the circuit registry clerk to obtain an application. Similarly, to be removed from a circuit registry, attorneys must also contact the circuit registry clerk. To assist attorneys, JAC has compiled a contact list of circuit registry clerks:
